You think you know DeviantArt and all its features? Wrooooong ;P
If you did know all of the following tricks before then you are a real pro here on dA ;)

Add your birthday to the list and add a badge counting down the days until your birthday

Did you know you can add your birthday to a list of birthdays here on dA and maybe get some birthday wishes? Did you know that you can even use a widget to show the days until your birthday? Just read the instructions here: birthdays or here: birthdays.24bps.com
If you want to see how this widget looks like, just visit my page, I installed it there (in "About Me") ^^

Adding a Journal Skin to blogs of non-super groups

It is possible actually. There is only one thing it requires: A premium membership of the creator of the blog entry.
Read the instructions here. Once you know it you will see how easy it is :)

There is an own category for adoptables

You always added your adoptables to Fan Art > Digital > Cartoons or a category like this? Well, there is an own category for adopts. Submit your adoptables to the category DeviantArt Related > Devious Fun > Adoptables and your adopts will be submitted to the right category :)

You can suggest Daily Deviations and even Senior members

You as an individual can suggest Daily Deviations. Your help is appreciated by the CVs (Community Volunteer). You can find a list of the different categories and their CVs at communityrelations and how to suggest a DD. You choose a deviation and write a note to the CV of the category the deviation is submitted to and explain why this deviation deserves a DD (and link the deviation of course ;)), but you can find all the instructions at communityrelations and at the CV's page.

Furthermore you can suggest senior members. FAQ #29: How do I become a Senior Member? just klick the link there. Please only suggest people who really deserve to be seniors and not just for fun. Tell them why this person helps the community and so on, maybe the dA staff will make your friend a senior :3

You can earn points and get watchers and comments

First of all: This is NO advertisement! A lot of people just seem to not know about this: You can earn points by giving watches, faves and llamas. There are special pages for this, the most common one is probably dAhub
And with points you can "purchase" watches, faves and llamas there. If you want to learn more, just visit their page (again: this is NO advertisement, I'm just telling those who don't know about this yet)
If you'd like to have more (constructive) comments, maybe you should think of visiting ProjectComment . There you can give comments and get some in return.

You can add your friends to lists and "groups"

You can group your friends - yes, this is possible. You can create lists of the people you watch. To do so, visit the person's page and click on the green "watch" button (only works if you are watching the person). Then there is a little menu popping up and a button which says "ungrouped" you can click there and create a new list or add the person to an existing list. In this little menu you can also control which "items" of the person you want to watch, such as Deviations, Journals, Critiques, ....

I think that's it for now. If there is anything you feel like it should be on the list, let me know in the comments. I hope this journal was helpful for some of the other users here on dA. If you knew every single one of these things, then you have my respect ;P
